warm welcome solid furniture

hassan, the manager, provided a warm welcome. he explained the door pass code instead of assuming it was obvious (it wasn't!). the location is near Sefton Park, perfect for my breakfast meeting at bam boo in lark lane the next day. i would say the hotel's proximity to lark lane could be a big feature. the executive room was beautifully appointed, it felt new.

the shower wasn't very warm.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing

dirty shower head noisy guests

The room was pretty rough. i noticed the shower head was dirty and there were even some dead flies inside the light fixture. also, i could hear noisy guests returning late. There was no staff around to handle the disturbance. it made for a really disrupted night.

friendly staff free parking convenient location

the staff was particularly friendly and accommodating. i found free parking around the park easily. i appreciated the proximity to lark lane, offering many restaurants and bars within walking distance. the on-site parking added convenience for my travels.

the hotel manager was kind, very attentive, and made sure all needs were met. he offered prompt assistance and maintained a cute atmosphere throughout the stay, that was amazing!!!

Charming Stay Near Sefton Park

spacious room ample parking

The room was spacious with ample parking available nearby (a real plus!). I found the location excellent, particularly the proximity to Lark Lane. It made accessing local restaurants and bars very convenient. I also appreciated the friendly welcome upon arrival from Hassan. He informed me of an upgrade to my room.

the entrance hall felt unwelcoming. There was a lack of staff present on the ground floor, even late at night, made me question the security.
